Experience and skills
We are looking for a person with 2 or 3 years of experience in selling products on foreign markets, at the level of a senior specialist. Essential skills that will allow us to cooperate:
- consistent building of the customer network;
- independent establishing contacts and conducting interviews aimed at implementing the sales strategy;
- dynamic and effective internal and external communication (personal culture, good energy and enthusiasm is the essence of proper communication).
Everyday life in the International Sales Team
You will report directly to the head of the team – Tomasz (International Sales Director). Daily, you will have the opportunity to work with Monika – Senior International Sales Specialist.
We work from Monday to Friday, in a wholly remote or stationary mode (we have an office in Gdańsk and Władysławowo near Elbląg) – the choice of working style is on your side.
Working hours – we focus on efficiency and good communication, specific hours of the beginning and end of the working day are set by you under established rules (at the beginning of our cooperation, we will provide you with the most important principles of labour law and our approach to rest – both areas are crucial to us).
We use Office 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Forms, Yammer, Sharepoint, and other Office 365 tools) to ensure good communication and security. We are available to each other, and at the same time, we can work individually.
Strategic goals of the International Sales Team:
The goal is to sell products from our portfolio actively: https://hempoland.eu/oferta/, with an emphasis on development in Western Europe. We want to focus on developing B2B channels (France, the Netherlands) and ensuring appropriate logistics in these countries (storage, transport). We direct our forces to private label sales. Plans for 2022 include an increase in the number of members of the International Sales Team to four.
Remuneration – we guarantee that the monthly remuneration will not be lower than PLN 8,000.00 gross under the employment contract. We will be determined the final amount together (the salary will be influenced, among others, by such factors as your experience, level of specialization, additional skills). In previous years, all sales team members were covered by a bonus program dependent on the overall sales result of the company.
